Shipping Policy

At The Royal Silk™, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order. Our goal is to ensure that your saree reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are generally dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM are generally dispatched on the next business day.

Sundays, festival holidays, gazetted/public holidays, and other declared non-working days are not counted as business days.

Finishing & Special Job Work

Some sarees may require additional finishing or special job work, including customization, alteration, embroidery, fall & pico, tassels, blouse-related work, or any other work specifically requested by the customer.

Such orders may require additional processing time before dispatch. The actual time required depends on the nature of the work and the availability of the artisan or job-work facility. Therefore, the standard same-day or next-business-day dispatch timeline may not apply to such orders.

Domestic Shipping

For orders within India, delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. Delivery may take longer during festivals, peak seasons, adverse weather, remote-area deliveries, or due to courier-related circumstances.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to selected countries.

International orders generally take approximately 15–20 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Although we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or capacity, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation or courier disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, festival holidays, customs clearance, artisan or job-work delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Important

The standard dispatch timeline applies to regular orders that do not require special finishing, customization, or additional job work.

Dispatch time and delivery time are different. The delivery period begins after the order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner.
